Pro Bowl XIII Championship Match (Week 16):
Two Time Team Champions: Wild Animals finally returned to glory after 6 long years and are officially the 2011 Pro Bowl Team Champions. It was way back in 2005 that Wild Animals took the league by storm-- running off a club record 11 game winning streak and becoming the 2005 Pro Bowl Champions. That team consisted of Cat Man, Double-Double & Unknown Artist. With Unknown Artist's retirement long ago, Wild Animals added The Rickster to the mix for this season (as well as the 2008 season). The Rickster rewarded the trust of his teammates greatly, as he posted 35 Points to be the Week 16 MVP Award winner. That huge amount of Points, along with an excellent 30 Point week from Double-Double and a stable 23 Points from The Cat, was enough to help Wild Animals score 88 Points and win the title by three touchdowns. Anytime a team can score 80+ Points, that's usually a recipe for success. And there was no better week to do so than during the Pro Bowl Championship Match. This result will surely be disappointing to Victorious Secret, but they can still hold their head high as they have won 2 out of the past 4 Pro Bowl Championship trophies. Besides, their teammates all accomplished something special this season. Captain Jack Sparrow looks poised to more than likely become the 2011 Club Champion, Rad Dad is the 2011 Super Bowl Champion, and Caveman has secured at least a tie for the Hall of Fame record of Most SNF (or 6 Point games) in a season picked correctly. As far as Wild Animals go, they surely will be popping the champagne and celebrating this great victory. The frustrations of Wild Animals and their seemingly yearly defeats to Transformers have been boiling over in recent years, almost to the point of a team collapse and disbanding. But they stuck it out and now Wild Animals are on top of the world once again. For all time, Wild Animals will be known as the 2005 and 2011 Pro Bowl Champions in The Football Club. And nobody can ever take that away from them. For The Rickster, this win is especially sweet. He now has 9 Major Titles-- 3 Club, 3 Super Bowl, and now... 3 Pro Bowl. With such a perfect round number, it will no doubt worry some club members that The Rickster might carry out his long considered plans to retire. But let's hope not. The Rickster is a huge part of the club and an original member. For Double-Double, this is also his 3rd Pro Bowl title. And for The Cat, it is his 2nd Pro Bowl title. Surely The Cat is pleased that for the next year, Wild Animals are going to be the talk of the club and have finally delivered another championship trophy. Congrats to Wild Animals-- The Cat, Double-Double & The Rickster on becoming the 2011 Pro Bowl Team Champs!

What's at stake: A spot in The Football Club Hall of Fame as the 2011 Pro Bowl Team Champions.
Pro Bowl Tournament history: This season's Pro Bowl Championship game is guaranteed to be a titanic showdown matching up the two best teams from 2011. In fact, it is the first time since 2007 that the No. 1 and No. 2 seed are colliding in the Pro Bowl final. So that is going to make this an extra special match. No. 2 seed Wild Animals are returning to their first Pro Bowl final since 2007. In the past few years, they have been outshined and regularly beaten by their main rival Transformers. But after three Final Four losses to Transformers, they weren't going to allow an embarrassing defeat to happen once again this season. So The Cat, Double-Double, and The Rickster stepped up and beat Transformers 43-35 to land themselves in another Pro Bowl Championship match. Wild Animals were the darlings of the league back in 2005, when they won the Pro Bowl Championship and posted a club record 11 game winning streak. That record has still never been matched and probably never will be. It is next to impossible to go 11-0 over an 11 game span with no losses or no ties. Since that magical season, Wild Animals have posted mixed results. They did manage to return to the Pro Bowl final two years later in 2007, but were barely beaten by Daddy & His Boys 61-57 in a match that has haunted them ever since then. Now, Wild Animals are back with a legitimate shot at claiming their 2nd Pro Bowl title. They will be matched up with a team that already owns 2 Pro Bowl titles-- Victorious Secret. In both 2008 and 2009, Victorious Secret won the Pro Bowl Championship with wins over Transformers and The Supernovas. Victorious Secret has gone through a multitude of lineup changes, but one player has been there from the start. That would be team leader Captain Jack Sparrow (playing before as Dark Knight). Captain Jack Sparrow has finally steadied the ship after the departure of his right-hand man Nighthawk and put together a crew strong enough to reach another Pro Bowl final. If his team is going to come through and win their 3rd Pro Bowl title in the last 4 years, Captain Jack is going to need huge contributions from MVP leading player Caveman and Super Bowl finalist Rad Dad. What can we expect to see in this great Pro Bowl final between the league's two best teams? We can expect to see a high scoring match that will be very closely contested. A little known fact is that these two teams have met during the Pro Bowl Tournament before, back in 2009. They met in the Final Four round of that tournament, with Victorious Secret prevailing 37-30 in a defensive showdown. But who has the edge this season? Based on the regular season results, it appears that neither team has the edge and they are evenly matched. Both teams have matching records of 8 wins and 5 losses this season. They played against each other 3 times in the regular season of Pro Bowl Weekly. In Week 2, Wild Animals def. Victorious Secret by 10 Points 78-68. Then, in Week 7, Victorious Secret defeated Wild Animals by a single Point 52-51. Finally, they met again in Week 12, with Victorious Secret def. Wild Animals by 8 Points 74-66. So there's not much you can tell by those results, except to say that anybody can win this one. Who will it be? Who will step up and claim the Pro Bowl XIII Championship? Will it be Wild Animals with The Cat, Double-Double & The Rickster? Or will it be Victorious Secret with Captain Jack Sparrow, Rad Dad & Caveman?
